Spinach & Orzo Salad (Green)

Ingredients
1 bag baby spinach
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup (or less - 2 handfuls) dried fruit (blueberries, currants, cranberries)
Crumbled feta cheese (as much or little as you want)
1/2 cup cooked orzo
Dressing:
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper
Finely chopped basil & Parsley

Directions
Toss and serve!
