Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 pounds Red Potatoes
3 ounces Romano Cheese
1/2 pound Butter
1 Tablespoon Sauteed Garlic

Directions
Boil quartered potatoes with skins on until soft.
Drain, add butter, cheese and garlic and mash.
If you want, you can make ahead of time and reheat.
