Garlic truffles

Ingredients
4-5 cloves of roasted garlic
4-5 tablespoons of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of hot fudge topping
Dark chocolate

Directions
Cream together. Put in a bag and pipe into little balls. Freeze for about 45 mins.
Melt the dark chocolate and coat the garlic balls. Makes about a dozen.
