Polish Surprises

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 lb Velveeta or American cheese
Party Rye slices

Directions
Brown meat, drain.
Stir in chunks of cheese and let melt.
Spread on party rye slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 – 10 minutes to toast or crisp bread.

Makes
One half recipe uses 21 – 23 bread slices
