Artichoke Crostini

Ingredients
French Bread
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
14 oz can Artichoke
Lemon pepper season
Goat Cheese
Crushed Red Pepper
Orange Zest

Directions
Slice French bread and dip 1 side into olive oil sprinkle with salt (and/or garlic)
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake 5 more minutes
Put artichoke in blender without juice from a can
Salt and pepper to taste
Add ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
As an option, add lemon pepper season, goat cheese, crushed red pepper, or orange zest.
