Spinach Salad

North Shore Spinach Dressing
(Makes 2 cups)
2/3 C sugar, pinch of salt
1 small chopped onion or shallots
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/3 C Ketchup
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 C vegetable oil

Combine in a blender until smooth (i use the magic bullet).

Dried Cranberries
Thinly sliced red onions
Candied Pecans
Apple slices
